Resolution of the Call for Selection of an Implementing Agency for a REA MULTI Programme 2026 aimed at promoting EU dehydrated fodder in Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Taiwan

AEFA and FILIERA are pleased to announce that Eibens Consulting SL has been selected as the implementing agency for the REA multi-programme 2026, aimed at promoting European dehydrated fodder in Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Taiwan.
Following the evaluation of the proposals received under the call, Eibens Consulting SL obtained a final score of 91 points and offered best value for money.
AEFA and FILIERA would like to thank all participating agencies for their interest and for the quality of the proposals submitted.

Call for selection of an implementing agency for a
multi-program aimed at promoting European fodder in
Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Taiwan

AEFA is the Spanish Manufacturers Association of Dehydrated Alfalfa (https://www.alfalfaspain.es/?lang=en ) and the only organization representing the interests of the sector in Spain. It is constituted by more than 90% of Spanish dehydrated fodder manufacturers and works for the promotion and representation of the Spanish sector, associate members and their products. FILIERA Italiana Foraggi Soc. Consortile A R.L. (https://filieraitalianaforaggi.it/) is an organisation established in 2015, representing Italian Dried Fodder Association (AIFE) and 30 other producers of dried and dehydrated fodder in Italy. The organization is dedicated to advancing sustainability and maintaining highest quality in the production of fodder,
organizing promotional and research activities, and developing presence in foreign markets among other activities, while embracing the latest developments in the industry.
Both associations are beneficiaries of a 2024-2026 REA AGRIP co-financing for a campaign to promote EU dehydrated fodder, which is currently being implemented in Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Taiwan. While the campaign is delivering positive results, it is becoming clear that a longer duration will be necessary to achieve a more decisive and lasting market presence.
At present, the Taiwanese market is closed to exports due to African Swine Fever cases. However, since the outbreak in Spain is confined to a small, contained area, we are hopeful that the export ban will be lifted in the near future. The proposal should take this situation into account.
The purpose of this call is to establish the process for selecting and select an Implementing Body for the continuation of the ongoing campaign promoting dehydrated fodder in Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Taiwan.

Resolution of the Selection of an Evaluation Agency for the “EU Dehydrated Fodder from Spain and Italy” Campaign in Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia

AEFA and FILIERA would like to announce that Redflexión Consultores has been selected as the evaluation body for the «EU Dehydrated Fodder from Spain and Italy» communication campaign in Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia, with a final score of 94.22 points.

We congratulate the selected agency and thank all participants for their efforts.

“EU Dehydrated fodder from Spain and Italy” communication campaign in Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia

AEFA, the Spanish Manufacturers Association of Dehydrated Alfalfa, and FILIERA Italiana Foraggi Soc. Consortile A R.L. open a call for expressions of interest for the selection of an evaluation body (referred to as the «Agency») to evaluate the results of the REA AGRIP MULTI Communication Campaign «EU Dehydrated Fodder from Spain and Italy». This campaign promotes dehydrated fodder in Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia, in line with Regulation (EU) No. 1144/2014.

Call for proposals for an implementing agency for a multi-program aimed at promoting European fodder in Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia

The European Union provides co-funding for information and promotional initiatives for agricultural products (AGRIP Program) both within the EU and in third countries as outlined in Regulation (EU) 1144/2014 by the European Parliament and Council. In line with this, the Association of European Fodder Producers (AEFA) and FILIERA Italiana Foraggi (FILIERA) both together known as the Proposing Organizations, will submit a joint proposal as part of the 2023 call proposals for the development of a program aimed at promoting European dehydrated fodder in Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Mejora de la viabilidad agronómica de la producción de alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) para forraje en Cataluña (AlfalsCAT)

El objetivo principal del proyecto será mejorar la producción y el rendimiento de la alfalfa en Cataluña sin comprometer la sostenibilidad ambiental, y para ello se plantean los siguientes objetivos secundarios:

1. Evaluar y valorar nuevas variedades de alfalfa o que no estén implantadas en nuestro territorio, tanto desde el punto de vista agronómico, como desde el punto de vista de calidad del forraje. Diagnóstico de las causas que afectan a la disminución de la persistencia del cultivo. Estudio objetivo de diferentes técnicas de manejo que pueden contribuir a aumentar la persistencia del cultivo.
2. Estudio objetivo de diferentes técnicas de manejo que pueden contribuir a aumentar la producción de semilla en nuestras condiciones. Estudio de la viabilidad de la implementación de un sistema de identificación de pureza varietal de lotes de semilla certificados mediante técnicas moleculares.
3. Estudio de la efectividad de métodos de control alternativos (no químicos) para el control de la “cuca negra” (Colaspidema atrum Latr.) de la alfalfa.
4. Transferir al sector las acciones y resultados realizados y conseguidos en el marco del presente proyecto
