Regarding the situation and forecasts for the Chinese market, AEFA´s Director Mr. Luis Machín comments that; “We are experiencing a period of uncertainty regarding the Chinese market, the exception of the tariff on US alfalfa will last until September 2021, and the strength of the euro against the dollar weakens us when it comes to exporting and competing with the North American product. We hope to be able to convey at the fair the advantages of Spanish alfalfa in many aspects, as well as the high quality of the alfalfa produced in Spain.
